That’s a rule we follow. In design, it’s not enough for us to just know your individual organization. We need to see the environment in which you operate — your marketplace. What are the regulations, processes, and trends affecting your operations? Who are your competitors? Who are your end-users? How would you like to be perceived by your customers, clients, employees or students?

We’ve spent years getting to know the seven markets we specialize in. And we continue to learn by staying up-to-date on issues that affect each industry. It’s part of the information-gathering protocol that our project teams follow to learn everything they can about what you do and how you do it.
