Biography

Mr. James E. Gaynor, PE is a mechanical engineer and a 2002 addition to the JSA engineering department. Mr. Gaynor brings nearly 25 years of professional experience to the firm and has valued expertise in designing and constructing a wide variety of HVAC systems. Currently Mr. Gaynor’s duties include engineering project management, client coordination, all types of HVAC systems design, construction administration and final inspections. He also performs existing-building evaluations to generate reports documenting the condition and appropriateness of existing building mechanical systems.
