Biography

As an architectural team leader and project manager, Mark L. Lighthall, AIA is responsible for client interaction, programming and planning, budgeting, design, project scheduling, and internal staff management and coordination. Mr. Lighthall offers more than 25 years of professional experience in architecture and engineering design and project administration. He has been instrumental in the development and implementation of quality control measures here at JSA. With thorough experience in new construction, additions, renovations and historic preservation, Mr. Lighthall specializes in retail, commercial, Educational, governmental, healthcare, and institutional projects.
