ATS-Chester Engineering Office Building

A Brownfield Reclamation project, the ATS-Chester Engineering Office Building will be designed and constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project, consisting of over 47,000 square-feet, will maximize the site’s potential by exploiting views of Pittsburgh’s riverfront. As a grounding point, a large atrium, settled between two arms of the facility provides access to the river and potentially a restaurant or other retail amenity. Additionally, to maximize site usage and overall square-footage, parking will be nestled underneath the building’s footprint.
