This structure serves as both a corporate office and a manufacturing showcase area for mine equipment and repairs. The design challenge was to separate the equipment repair component from the manufacturing component while facilitating order and aesthetics into the space. Color coordination of functional elements of the manufacturing process brightened the overall atmosphere while serving a functional purpose as well – clear delineation of task areas. The entire structure was designed with future expansion capabilities in mind.
