Centimark Corporate Headquarters

Situated on one of the most prominent sites in the entire Southpointe Office Park development, Centimark Corporation’s new 55,000 square-foot corporate headquarters facility was designed to highlight the client’s image as the largest non-union roofing contractor in the United States. The roof in particular serves as a showcase for all of the various roofing materials sold and installed by Centimark. The project included programming for 130+ employees, on-site lunch facilities, client presentation theater, and executive board room facilities. One of Centimark’s priorities included the transition from a closed office plan to a team based open plan system.
