Citadel Plaza
Citadel Plaza, a “hybrid” of the traditional retail shopping center and the more contemporary lifestyle center consists of over 250,000 square-feet of retail (retail shops, a grocery store, a bank, and restaurants), residential units, 900 parking spaces and several commercial buildings. This project is one component of the 63rd Street Corridor Redevelopment project lead by the Community Development Corporation of Kansas City and New Markets LLC. Working as one of several national development partners, JSA is serving as “Master Architect” in conjunction with Urban Design Associates, ATS-Chester Engineers, Inc., Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, and Klavon Design Associates.
