Wean Hall Computer Science Lounge
With the use of futuristic concepts, Carnegie Mellon University’s Wean Hall Computer Science Lounge was transformed into an exciting new space for students to gather. Intended to capture attention, a wide range of materials were used to finish the space. Bold colors and a variety of modern, yet organic shapes and patterns made this area inviting to lounge, study and work. An unexpected benefit of the completion of Wean Hall’s transformation for CMU, included the positive responses received from potential students to the university, making it a valuable recruitment tool for the school.
