Initially designed and constructed as a freestanding structure, this 200,000 square-foot Kaufmann’s Department Store has become the anchor for a two-story enclosed shopping mall. JSA provided architectural and engineering services while coordinating the owner’s interior designers to complete this project against a rigorous schedule.
