Kaufmann’s Distribution Center

JSA addressed HVAC systems, emergency power, emergency lighting, exterior upgrades and preventative maintenance projects for an existing multi-story facility. This work also involved a 57,000 square-foot, second floor addition to the existing building. Successful coordination of existing conditions into the renovation project were accomplished as a result of well maintained original building details by the owner and the architect.
