JSA’s architecture and engineering teams converted a 70-year old bank headquarters building, located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, PA, for occupancy by Lord & Taylor Department Store. The original bank building is a City of Pittsburgh Historic Landmark and all work associated with the renovation was subject to review by the History and Landmarks Commission. JSA provided design services and construction documents allowing for successful conversion of the space and operation of this high-end retailer on time and within the project budget.
