Jefferson Hills Maintenance Facility

With GAI Associates, Inc., JSA served as the architect and engineering consultant for this multiple building maintenance facility on the newly completed Mon-Fayette Expressway. The project included complete programming, design, construction documents and construction administration for the main building, storage building, salt dome, generator building, truck wash, mixing building, and other minor structures over two separate sites on the expressway. The project, opening in 2002, received rave reviews from the Western Pennsylvania architectural community and positive feedback from facility users and the general public in Jefferson Hills, PA.
