Sennott Square – Multi-Purpose Academic Complex

Occupying one city block in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA, the University of Pittsburgh’s Sennott Square – Multi-Purpose Academic Complex, houses academic spaces for the Departments of Psychology, Computer Science and the School of Business. The building includes eight levels with two levels of parking, one level of leased retail space, and five levels of academic space. A major component of the Sennot Square project included JSA’s management of bidding to 27 prime contractors over three building phases.
