Full implementation of a new type of banking facility for PNC Bank – a premier regional banking center with basic teller stations and account offices being supplemented by a full range of banking and financial services. Emphasis is placed on the “retailing” of banking services by maximizing customer awareness of the wide variety of banking opportunities available to them, in addition to traditional teller line activity. This particular facility also serves as a hub for area branch banks, providing technical support to district branch offices, which would otherwise require corporate headquarters support. The facility design is intended to accentuate the bank’s corporate identity while taking advantage of visibility to high traffic zones along the nearby parkway.
