Biography

Mr. Richard J. Oziemblowsky, AIA, LEED AP serves as the Director of Architectural Design, contributing more than 20 years of professional architectural design experience with planning and building projects, including both new construction and renovation design. He oversees and participates in the creative process, from pre-design through the development stage of each and every project. His goal is to effectively implement client and project based requirements while being responsive to the program scope, construction budget, and building schedules, resulting in the production of a high quality built environment. With extensive experience in retail, Educational, financial, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and governmental institutions, Mr. Oziemblowsky was instrumental in the design of noteworthy projects such as Building C1A of the South Side Works in Pittsburgh, the Washington Harbour Mixed-Use Development in Georgetown, Washington DC, The University of Pittsburgh’s Sennott Square – Multi-Purpose Academic Complex, and the Centimark Headquarters Building of Washington County.
