Biography
Thomas J. Mrozenski Jr., AIA, brings more than 20 years of experience in architecture to his roles as JSA vice president and architectural team leader. With extensive design and project management experience in the areas of higher Education, retail, corporate, financial and manufacturing facilities, he is ultimately responsible for overall project planning, JSA design and project team management, scheduling, budget control and building program performance. Maintaining JSA's high standard of client service and designing to the client's project objectives and aesthetics are Mr. Mrozenski's primary goals.
As a member of JSA's executive committee, Mr. Mrozenski's corporate responsibilities include the administration and scheduling for one of three architectural teams, firm-wide new project team assignments, determination of personnel needs and supervision of the interviewing process, as well as the regulation of technology and information system budgets and acquisitions. He is also intimately involved in higher Education and retail facility new business development, company wide strategic planning and corporate communications.
